red GK is the publisher of Southern Apache County Nature Areas by r. p. robertsen.  The trade name was registered in the office of the Arizona Secretary of State April 10, 1998.  A Transaction Priviledge Tax License was issued by the Arizona Department of Revenue June 1, 1998.

Privacy
We do not sell our customer lists and do not telephone customers or mail solicitations to our customers.  This website is hosted by 50webs.com (LiquidNet Ltd., London).  We are not aware of the extent nor the type of data collection by our webhost.  red GK does not obtain any information about visitors to oldhiways.com.  We cannot refuse to give personal customer information to state or federal government agents upon demand.

Website history
oldhiways.com went online July 4, 2001.  In addition to book and electronic book sales, the St. Johns, Apache County, Arizona websight also offered full text news stories and color photos from The Round Valley Paper of Eagar.  The news archive was removed in 2003 but many of the stories are still available at webArchive.com, the "Wayback Machine."

How to order
Purchases are by traditional mail order.  Sorry, no credit cards or shopping carts.  Send check, money order, or international postal coupons along with a short note (don't forget your mailing address) listing the items ordered.  Or, print out the order form on your printer and fill in the blanks.  Allow 4-6 weeks for personal checks to clear (include your bank's toll free telephone number to speed things up; it's usually on your check).  Orders paid with money orders are shipped same or next day, unless we have gone fishing, in which case add a few days.  Check out some of the local scenery in the photos on this website and you'll see why we would rather be enjoying the outdoors or going to a museum.   We do not charge for shipping and handling in the USA.  Foreign orders add $7 (U.S. dollars) per item.

All orders are shipped U. S. Postal Service Parcel Post, or Media Mail (Special Fourth Class).  However, new postal rates often make First Class mail cheapest and Parcel Post unavailable.

"Postpaid" means  we do not charge for U. S. Postal Service Parcel Post, or Media Mail (Special Fourth Class) shipping in the USA.  If that is fast enough (allow 4-6 weeks for personal checks to clear) then just send the cost of each item.  Contact us by email if you require faster shipping, or shipping to foreign countries.

You can buy the Southern Apache County Nature Areas book wholesale if you are a retailer.  Discount the price by 50% if buying at least THREE copies, and include your retail sales tax license information.    Shipping (U.S.P.S. 4th-class Media Mail) is free to points in USA.  Arizona Highways magazines are not available wholesale.
